Business Scope

OTIC Geosystems is a provider of geospatial equipment, solutions, and technical support services. We supply GNSS receivers, total stations, laser scanners, mapping tools, and related accessories used in surveying, construction, agriculture, infrastructure development, and environmental applications.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by OTIC Geosystems.
• An order is considered valid only after payment has been successfully processed or a payment plan agreement has been formally approved.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing and Currency

• All prices listed on this website are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). A currency toggle is available to display prices in USD.
• OTIC Geosystems accepts payments in both NGN and USD.
• Prices may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.

Warranty and Support

• Certain products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.
• Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper handling.

Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in original packaging.
• Custom-configured equipment and activated software licenses are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection and may be subject to restocking fees of up to 15%.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Privacy

We collect personal information strictly for order processing, delivery, and customer support purposes. We do not sell or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
