Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In some cases, if a customer makes a request or contacts us directly, we may arrange processing during weekends or public holidays at our discretion.

Delivery Timelines

Lagos: 1–2 working days after order has been placed.
Nationwide (outside Lagos): 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International (Worldwide): Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country and logistics arrangements.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply depending on the customer's location and order size. All applicable delivery fees will be clearly communicated before order completion.
